Refunds & Exchanges
Contact us at support@loulouandbetty.com or via our website if you have a problem with your order to discuss your eligibility for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that your received it and in the original packaging (if applicable).
Contact us within: 7 days of delivery
Dispatch items back within: 14 days of delivery
Please note: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and not for change of mind.
The following items can’t be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalised orders
Digital downloads
Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Once your returned has been received, we will send an email to notify you about your refund or exchange.
Refunds: All refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
Exchanges: All exchanges are subject to item availability. If the item is no longer available a refund will be processed.
